To apply for a UCI International credit line, please follow these three easy steps to setup a credit account.
- Download the UCI International Credit Application: (Please right click the link and click "save link as" to download the file.)

Complete digital form

Print completed digital form.
(Please remember to provide us with your tax certificate.)
- Please fax to the credit department at 1-847-574-0825. If you have any question or issues with your application please contact Adrian Perez at 1-855-748-8680 and/or Luis Dominguez at 1-855-748-8675.
UCI International credit department will contact you within 2 business days regarding the status of your application. If you have any comments or questions, please e-mail us at creditapplications@UCI-Fram.com. If you need to speak with someone immediately, call and ask for our Credit Department at 1-203-830-7800. Support hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8-6 CST.
